Grange FlorieJean

This is a very traditional countryside barn, 100 years old, & which is part of our Farm. We started working on it since december 2004 & we have opened it in April 2006.


Ground-floor :
-Open kitchen with a wooden bar, traditional countryside tiled floor, wooden ceiling, a nice Breakfast area with traditional benches kept from the old barn, as well as a warm confortable living area with a stove! We kept the 3 traditional look through in the interieur wall to enjoy the view on the 6 meters high large main entrance hall made of stone & wood, which hosts the reception desk, but a galery too, exhibiting works of local artists. This is also a congenial spot for special activities such as Yoga, with a huge skylight to the garden.

 
First Floor:
-a mezzanine whith a hushed reading & TV-Video corner
-a corridor opens to a beautiful balcony & the 3 guests rooms. Each room is equiped with its own private bathroom with a shower & toilets.

                   
Hydra Room, who may welcome 5 people (1 double bed + 3 single beds). Mediteranean Greek style to remember our family's travels...

              
Pivert Room, who may welcome 4 people (2 double beds). Green Forest of Tronçais style, with such a gorgeous natural environment...

               
Grand Meaulne Room, who may welcome 3 people (1 doubl bed + 1 single one). Last century Fournier style, with the legendary writers & local well-known artists whom we like so much....
